The fine print

Privacy Policy

Effective June 19, 2026. The short version: we collect only what the product needs, we don't sell it, and you can delete it yourself.

Who we are

Fastpitch360 is a tournament finder for travel fastpitch softball, covering Georgia, Florida, Tennessee, South Carolina, Alabama, Texas, California, Mississippi, and Louisiana (we add states over time). It aggregates publicly available tournament listings into one map and feed, with planning and recruiting tools on top. Questions about this policy: mgmt@30footmedia.com.

What we collect

Account data. If you create an account: your email address and password (handled by our auth provider, Supabase; we never see your password), plus optional profile details you choose to save, such as a display name, home ZIP code, and the age groups you follow.

Saved filters and seasons. Filters, saved searches, and Season Builder plans you create are stored with your account so they're there when you come back.

Recruiting and team-planning data. If you use the recruiting or team-board features, we store the player and team details you enter: a player's name, graduation year, position, and home ZIP code; an optional recruiting budget; team name; roster member names and roles; RSVP and availability; carpool offers; and any contact details you choose to add to a roster or a video request (such as an email or phone number). You provide this as the adult account holder (see Children's information). Family contact details on a team board are visible only to the board owner, never to people who hold a shared view or edit link.

Email alerts. If you subscribe to tournament alerts, we store the email address you give us, your alert criteria, and a log of which alerts we've sent you (so we don't send duplicates). Alert subscriptions are managed by tokenized links: you can change or unsubscribe without logging in.

Technical basics. Like nearly every website, our hosting provider records standard request logs (IP address, browser type) for security and rate-limiting. We don't run third-party advertising trackers.

What we use it for

To run the product: signing you in, remembering your filters and seasons, sending the alerts you asked for, gating paid features to the right plan, and keeping abuse off the platform. That's it. We don't sell your data, and we don't share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Who processes data on our behalf

We use a small set of service providers to operate Fastpitch360: Supabase (authentication and database hosting), Vercel (application hosting), Resend (transactional email for alerts and notifications), Stripe (payment processing for paid plans, which handles your card details directly; we never see your full card number), and OpenStreetMap's Nominatim service (converting a ZIP code to map coordinates for distance filtering). Each processes data only to provide its service to us. Tournament listings themselves come from public sanctioning-body sites and contain no personal information about you.

Cookies

We use cookies only to keep you signed in (session cookies set by our auth provider). No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Data retention and deletion

Account data is kept while your account is active. You can delete your account yourself: go to Account and choose Delete account. That permanently erases your profile, subscription record, saved filters and seasons, watchlist, any players (recruits) and recruiting plans or video requests you created, any team boards you own (including their rosters, RSVPs, carpools, and ledgers), and any alert subscriptions tied to your account. Alert-only subscribers (no account) can unsubscribe any time via the manage link in every alert email, which removes the subscription. We keep a short record of which alerts were sent so we never send the same alert twice; deleting your account or subscription removes those records with it.

Children's information (COPPA)

Fastpitch360 is operated for parents, guardians, and coaches, and is not intended for use by children. Accounts may only be created by adults (18 or older).

Some features let an adult enter information about a youth player, including the player's name, graduation year, position, home ZIP code, team roster name, and event availability. We collect this only from the adult account holder, who confirms they are the player's parent or legal guardian or are otherwise authorized to provide it. We do not knowingly allow children under 13 to create accounts or enter their own information, and we do not ask players for more than is reasonably necessary to plan their tournament schedule.

A parent or guardian may review or delete any player information they entered at any time from the Account page, or by emailing mgmt@30footmedia.com. We do not sell or share children's information, and we do not use it for advertising. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us information without parental consent, contact us and we will delete it.

Your rights (including California / CCPA)

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to access or correct it, to delete it, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. California residents have these rights under the CCPA. We do not sell or share your personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA, and we do not use it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

The self-serve tools above cover deletion. To access a copy of your data, or to exercise any other right, email mgmt@30footmedia.com and we'll respond within the timeframe the law requires. You may use an authorized agent where the law allows.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we'll update the effective date at the top and, for significant changes, note it on the site.
