Fastpitch360 is an independent schedule aggregator for travel fastpitch softball tournaments across the Southeast. We collect publicly available tournament listings from sanctioning bodies and present them in one map and feed, with planning tools on top. By using the site you agree to these terms.
Fastpitch360 is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by USSSA, PGF, The Alliance Fastpitch, USA Softball, USFA, NSA, Top Gun Sports, Triple Crown Sports, or any other sanctioning body or tournament organizer. All trademarks belong to their owners. Registration always happens on the sanctioning body's own site; we link you there.
Tournament listings change. Dates move, venues change, events fill or cancel, and entry fees get updated. We refresh our data regularly, but the sanctioning body's listing is always the source of truth. Verify details with the organizer before registering, booking travel, or paying anything. Fastpitch360 provides the data "as is," without warranties of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. Fill-up signals and cost estimates are informed estimates, not guarantees.
You must be 18 or older (or the age of majority where you live) to create an account. The service is for parents, guardians, and coaches, not for children. If you enter information about a minor (for example, a player's name in the recruiting tools or on a team roster), you represent that you are that player's parent or legal guardian or are otherwise authorized to provide it and consent to its use as described in our Privacy Policy.
You're responsible for your account credentials and for what happens under your account. Some features are free; others require a paid plan billed monthly through Stripe, which renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel or change plans, and delete your account (which erases your data), at any time from the Account page.
Don't abuse the service: no scraping at volume, no attempting to bypass rate limits or access controls, no using alerts to spam other people, and no reselling the data feed. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
Alerts are sent only to addresses that subscribed. Every alert email includes a manage link that lets the recipient change or cancel the subscription without logging in.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fastpitch360 and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including decisions made in reliance on listing data (such as travel booked for an event that changed or canceled). Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
We may change or discontinue features, and we may update these terms. If we make material changes, we'll update the effective date and note it on the site. Continuing to use Fastpitch360 after changes means you accept them.
